  Your journey will begin in Planning & Allocation as an Allocation Analyst.

• In this role, you will be empowered to help drive sales byallocatingthe exciting mix of product our Buyers havepurchased.

• Optimizeproduct mix at store level through analysis and allocation to maximize profitable sales.

• Develop weekly shipping strategies by analyzing sales trends, inventory, store volumes, and demographics.

• Monitor and interpret inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales plans, tracking storesalesand inventory ratios.

• Evaluate and critique product mix through store visits and competitor analysis, sharing findings and actionable plans.

• Identify and implement business opportunities by forecasting sales trends, researching market trends, and providing strategic recommendations.

• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail or Business Management preferred, or equivalent work experience.
