Position: Strategic Merchandiser at American Tall

In this innovative role at American Tall, you will oversee the merchandising strategy for women's clothing. Key Responsibilities:

• Create seasonal women's clothing assortments with depth

• Evaluate customer feedback and market trends regularly

• Manage buying processes effectively aligned with financial goals

• Develop comprehensive product briefs and pricing strategies

• Ensure accurate assortment plans throughout development

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Merchandising or Buying

• Strong understanding of retail math and assortment strategy

• Ability to analyze sales and competitive landscape

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with Adobe Suite is advantageous
