Sally Beauty Assistant Store Manager

Lead customer experience and retail operations as an Assistant Store Manager with Sally Beauty Canada. Support teams while driving hair and beauty sales.
This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across store operations and assumes primary duties during their absence. You will manage talent, inspire associates, and deliver custom-fit hair and beauty solutions. The position focuses on sales goals, inventory, budgets, expenses, safety, security, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager across all store operations
Manage talent and inspire associates to deliver customer experiences
Oversee budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory
Enforce safety, security, and Company policies
Maintain an appealing store environment for customers
Requirements:
At least three years of customer service or retail sales experience
One year of previous sales management experience
Operational, financial, and performance management experience
Passion for hair and beauty products
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally on a ladder
Bring retail leadership, sales management, and hair and beauty passion to Sally Beauty Canada’s store operations.
