Global Sales Manager Packers

Lead global sales with Canada Packers as a Global Sales Manager. This role focuses on enhancing sales strategies and executing initiatives in international markets.

As the Global Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director of International Sales. Your leadership will be critical in driving success in international markets while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will prepare performance reports, monitor market trends, and manage compliance with local regulations—all while fostering strong relationships with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support alignment between Head Office and international teams

• Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies

• Prepare Monthly Business Review Reports

• Monitor and adapt to market trends and customer needs

• Resolve inventory and order issues effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or supply chain

• Strong sales management experience required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Capability to work across different time zones

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus
