Drive sales success with nVent as a Regional Sales Manager in Canada. This role focuses on commercial sales across multiple provinces, emphasizing relationship-building and innovative solutions.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your sales expertise and strategic approach to achieve sales goals for our CADDY, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire/Seismic divisions. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in commercial sales, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proven success in managing territory sales and 3rd party agents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve regional sales targets across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
• Lead and manage 3rd party sales agents effectively
• Develop and nurture relationships with key end-users and distributors
• Deliver impactful product presentations and trainings
• Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and provide competitive market feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record in electrical and mechanical sales
• Strong value-based selling skills
• Willingness to travel 50% within the sales region
