This full-time position is integral to our facilities services sales team. As the Inside Sales Administrator, you will efficiently prepare and track service quotes while coordinating between sales and operations. Success in this role leads to potential transition into a sales representative position within 12 months, based on performance and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotes and proposals for services

• Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM

• Coordinate pricing and scheduling with operations

• Follow up on quotes and service agreements

• Build sales reports and KPI dashboards for leadership

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in sales support, customer service, or administration

• Strong organization and follow-through skills needed

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication
