Bilingual Insurance Sales Consultant

Drive insurance sales remotely from Quebec with Manulife, using bilingual communication, outbound calling, and consultative selling to support financial advisors.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will engage advisors and field staff across the mass market territory. You will build relationships, tailor insurance solutions, and demonstrate Manulife products. The role also provides a training platform for future field sales roles through continuous training.

• Make at least 60 outbound calls to financial advisors daily
• Develop, maintain, and expand advisor relationships
• Gather practice intelligence through question-based selling
• Execute campaigns and identify top prospects
• Maintain advisor profiles and activity in Salesforce

• Minimum two years of insurance or sales experience
• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling
• College or university degree, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• LLQP designation or progress toward completion preferred
