We are a full service insurance agency located in Mississauga Ontario, looking for a true advisor to join our team.

- LLQP licensed a must
- Minimum 1-2 year working experience as an advisor
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- Strong understanding of technology.
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client.
- Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of life insurance and living benefits. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Meet sales targets.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Life Insurance Sales experience (a must).
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to relate to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
- Ability to motivate and leadership skills.
- Base Pay $45,000 + Commission 25% on Life & Living Benefit Sales (2yrs clawback)
- Will be required to get an OTL license to help service existing P&C book of business
- Quarterly & Annual Bonuses
