Beauty Advisor Client Development

Grow a loyal beauty clientele at Holt Renfrew through personalized follow-up, relationship building, and consistently extraordinary customer service. French and English fluency is required.

The Designated Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. You will communicate with personal clients about events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and birthdays. You will also support assigned-brand targets, resolve service issues, and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.

• Acquire, develop, and retain personal clients
• Communicate with clients by phone, mail, and electronic methods
• Resolve customer service issues within established guidelines
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
• Attend product knowledge and vendor education sessions

• High school diploma
• Minimum two years of commission-based sales experience
• Proven success exceeding sales targets
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, competitive, and self-motivated approach
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
