Enterprise Sales Director North America

Lead enterprise sales across North America for Dot Compliance, using strategic planning and complex deal management to drive new business revenue.

As Director of Sales, Enterprise, you will grow Dot Compliance’s enterprise business for Life Sciences organizations. The role combines account planning, stakeholder mapping, pipeline management, and executive engagement. You will lead Account Executives while strengthening a scalable enterprise revenue engine.

• Own North American enterprise sales plans and new business ARR targets
• Develop sales approaches for complex enterprise buying cycles
• Coach Account Executives through performance management and sales execution
• Manage high-value deals, negotiations, procurement, and closing
• Build executive relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations

• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience building senior decision-maker relationships
• Ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
• Hands-on leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success
