Wholesale Automotive Account Manager

Build wholesale automotive sales at Clutch as a Dealership Success Manager, managing dealer relationships and driving portfolio growth from Mississauga.

This permanent full-time role owns a portfolio of wholesale accounts across Clutch’s dealer network. You will increase repeat sales, expand account value, and acquire new dealers through consistent outreach. Success depends on relationship building, sales conversations, auction participation, and disciplined pipeline management.

• Manage portfolio performance, relationships, and account growth
• Prospect, convert, and onboard new dealer accounts
• Generate demand and increase bidding across auctions
• Match inventory to dealer needs and secure bids
• Track outreach, activity, and results in Hub Spot

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with measurable results
• Ability to manage high-volume accounts and consistent follow-up
• Clear communication and objection-handling abilities
• Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain within one month
• Comfort working 100% on-site at Mississauga facility
