Sephora is looking for a Security Specialist to join their team. This Part Time role involves engaging with customers while monitoring for potential theft and conducting necessary store audits. You'll work closely with the Leadership team and law enforcement, ensuring compliance with policies and training staff on security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales floor through surveillance and inspections

• Compile reports concerning theft and damages

• Conduct safety audits and communicate findings

• Work with teams on shrinkage prevention strategies

• Provide training for new hires on asset protection

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends

• Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel is a plus

• High School diploma or equivalent
