Key Responsibilities:

• Walk the store floor to identify dishonest behavior

• Monitor CCTV systems and dispatch as needed

• Apprehend shoplifters and maintain records

• Conduct periodic audits and internal investigations

• Respond promptly to emergencies with follow-up reporting

Requirements:

• College degree in relevant field

• 2-3 years of similar experience

• Kinesic interview training or equivalent

• Retail experience preferred

• Fully bilingual in French and English
