Overview
Allied Universal is seeking a French speaking Control Centre Bilingual Operator - Incident Reporting to support our client, a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and French , strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of client assets, employees, and facilities by monitoring incidents, assessing risks, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to detect potential security threats.
Log and report incidents with precision, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and escalated when necessary.
Evaluate and respond to real-time incidents, determining the level of urgency and appropriate actions.
Communicate professionally in both French and English with internal teams, stakeholders, and emergency contacts.
Manage remote access for authorized personnel while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Conduct routine system checks to verify equipment and communication systems are fully operational.
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and site personnel during emergencies.
Maintain thorough and organized records for audits, compliance, and incident follow-ups.
Requirements
Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), GSOC, or Incident Reporting Center (IRC) environment preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using multiple security software systems.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
