Position: Lead Security Officer at Mattel

Your leadership will be key to fostering a secure environment while responding to emergencies as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 security operations and staff coordination

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct audits and manage security protocols

• Train and evaluate team performance regularly

• Collaborate with facility management and HR departments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Leadership experience in security of 5+ individuals

• Required certifications in First Aid and CPR

• Strong report writing and analytical skills

• Proven ability to communicate across various organizational levels
