Position: On-Site Security Supervisor Needed
Become an On-Site Security Supervisor focused on leading security teams at various client sites.

Your role will enforce safety regulations and ensure security integrity during your shifts.

In this On-Site Security Supervisor position, you will supervise and train Security Guards while fostering a secure atmosphere for clients and staff. Your management of day-to-day security operations will be vital during scheduled inspections and emergency situations. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct patrols and inspections of assigned areas

• Monitor compliance with site-specific safety procedures

• Prepare and submit security incident reports as required

• Train new Security Guards on post orders

• Engage with clients to ensure all protocols are met

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; 1-year security experience

• Have reliable communication and transportation

• Proficiency in English and French for Quebec roles

• Minimum age of 18 with legal authorization to work

• Pass a comprehensive background check
