Director of Nuclear Security Management

As a pivotal role in our organization, the Nuclear Security Director will possess at least 15 years of progressive experience in nuclear or corporate security. Your leadership will guide the implementation of security programs while maintaining high standards of stakeholder engagement. Being bilingual in French and English will enhance your ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop nuclear security policies and operational strategies

• Advise on risk assessment and crisis management

• Ensure compliance with national and contract security requirements

• Coordinate resilience and continuity plans for nuclear operations

• Maintain vigilance for emerging risks and intelligence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Over 15 years in advanced security roles

• In-depth knowledge of nuclear security regulations

• Must secure Level II / Secret clearances

• Commitment to 24/7 on-call responsibilities
