Position: Allied Universal Incident Reporting Specialist
Join Allied Universal in Mississauga as an Incident Reporting Centre Operator, where your skills in call triage and incident management are vital. This full-time role operates during overnight shifts.

Your job will involve adeptly handling incoming communications, dispatching security personnel, and monitoring alarms and incidents within a fast-paced environment. With experience in the security or emergency response sector, you'll apply professional tact to sensitive situations and utilize advanced security technology to ensure effective incident management and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and escalate calls and emails efficiently

• Operate computerized communication systems

• Monitor alarms and provide access control

• Collect relevant data for incident reports

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• University or college diploma in relevant field

• Two or more years in emergency response or security

• Experience in call center or dispatch settings

• Proficient in security systems and MS software

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
