Security Concierge

Become a Security Concierge with First Service Residential in Mississauga, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and support to residents during night shifts.

First Service Residential is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Security Concierge for Tuesday to Saturday shifts from midnight to 8:00 AM. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, responding promptly to residents’ needs while ensuring a secure environment. You'll be the point of contact for residents, managing access for vendors and maintaining organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with inquiries and service requests

• Schedule vendor access and manage communications

• Ensure safety procedures and access control are followed

• Patrol property and respond to emergencies

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational reputation

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in business or security preferred

• Ability to manage up to 50 lbs

• Strong verbal communication skills
