Position: Concierge Security Role
First Service Residential is hiring a Security Concierge in Mississauga to provide vital support services for residents. This position demands strong communication, organization, and a commitment to safety standards.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of resident satisfaction, identifying their needs, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your contributions will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment across various sites, including Toronto, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Exceptional customer service is paramount as you strive to create a positive experience for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents and provide necessary information

• Conduct routine patrols and document occurrences

• Enforce safety and access protocols

• Manage vendor schedules for unit access

• Maintain confidentiality and organizational reputation

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License

• Completion of high school diploma is preferred

• Background in Business or Hospitality is advantageous

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone

• Capable of working extended hours as needed

Serve as a key figure in ensuring resident safety within First Service Residential communities.
