As a Watch Officer, you will enforce compliance and monitor security protocols. This role requires expertise in incident reporting and communication with internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will ensure safe operations and proper incident response within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily security protocols for personnel and assets

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms

• Compile incident reports related to security breaches

• Assist in internal investigations, ensuring legal compliance

• Provide recommendations for security procedure improvements

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, able to obtain Polygraph

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in emergency management or security operations

• Knowledge of crisis management and incident reporting protocols

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
