Security Associate at Walmart

Become an essential part of Walmart's Asset Protection team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a Security Associate, you will ensure store safety and security while supporting a positive shopping experience for customers.

This role focuses on maintaining safety protocols and reducing shrink through effective observation and teamwork. Responsibilities include conducting daily store patrols, investigating incidents of theft, and participating in emergency response efforts. You will play a crucial role in preserving the integrity of store operations and supporting profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily patrols to ensure store security

• Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents

• Support emergency procedures during critical incidents

• Carry out apprehensions compliant with company policies

• Communicate findings and issues to store leadership

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Valid Security Guard License required

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
