In this position, you will work closely with the Area Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to enforce loss prevention policies and train staff. Key duties include apprehending shoplifters lawfully, maintaining safety through technology, and managing internal investigations. Your attention to detail will help reduce losses and enhance store compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all Loss Prevention policies at the location

• Monitor and respond to safety issues using technology

• Assist management with training store personnel regarding LP initiatives

• Document incidents of theft and analyze operational efficiency

• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and legal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Loss Prevention

• Full understanding of loss prevention laws and procedures

• Capable of using RFID technology and inventory management systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Must be flexible with schedule and able to lift 50 pounds
