As an Asset Protection Partner, you will play a vital role in loss prevention efforts, providing professional client service and managing surveillance operations. You will conduct self-audits and communicate findings to enhance inventory management, collaborating with the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sales floor using surveillance systems

• Prepare reports on theft incidents and audits

• Train new employees on loss prevention techniques

• Conduct safety inspections and self-audits

• Assist in developing shrinkage prevention plans

Requirements:

• 1 year of asset protection experience in retail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
