Become a key protector of assets at UNIQLO as a Loss Prevention Associate in Square One Shopping Centre. This Full Time role involves using technology and investigative skills to prevent loss.

This role requires you to implement loss prevention strategies in collaboration with store management while training staff on related procedures. You will actively monitor the floor for theft, utilizing surveillance technology to track incidents and support investigations. Ensuring compliance and safety is vital as you work closely with law enforcement as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to enforce loss prevention strategies

• Utilize CCTV and other tech for safety monitoring in the store

• Detect and lawfully apprehend shoplifters as per regulations

• Assist in internal investigations and train staff continuously

• Communicate frequently with various departments to resolve issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection

• Knowledgeable in the applicable laws and regulations

• Experienced in surveillance technology and inventory systems

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Must manage flexible working hours and physically stand or lift when needed
