As a Loss Prevention Investigator at Holt Renfrew, you will play a key role in safeguarding company assets from theft and fraud. This role requires a college degree and 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention within retail. You will utilize your skills in monitoring, investigation, and compliance to protect our merchandise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance and identify dishonest activities

• Record apprehensions and maintain evidence documentation

• Perform internal audits and follow-up investigations

• Aid in inventory counts and support operations

• Comply with all health and safety measures

Requirements:

• College Degree and 2-3 years of related experience

• Expertise in interviewing techniques and investigative methods

• Must be bilingual in French and English

• Valid provincial guard license required

• First aid certification (Standard, CPR OPA Level II)
