Position: Asset Protection Team Leader at Walmart
Lead Walmart's Asset Protection team in Mississauga, ON, ensuring enforcement of safety standards and security protocols. Drive effective training and incident investigations to enhance site safety and security.

As the Asset Protection Team Leader, you will supervise operations 24/7 and ensure compliance with Walmart Logistics' policies. You will provide robust leadership to the Asset Protection Associates, coaching and engaging them to perform at their best.

Your role includes investigating losses and preparing reports, as well as offering training to operational departments on Asset Protection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Asset Protection team activities round-the-clock

• Inspect workplace ensuring safety and security compliance

• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports

• Train and develop operational staff on AP practices

• Schedule personnel to meet operational needs

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Relevant experience in asset protection supervision

• Strong leadership communication skills

• Familiarity with emergency response procedures

• Knowledge of site security protocols
