Join Home Depot as a Loss Prevention Specialist dedicated to preventing theft and fraud. Engage actively in safety compliance and environmental program adherence in your store.
As an APS, you will ensure the execution of theft prevention strategies while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.
Your role is pivotal in fostering a proactive safety culture and executing internal investigations. You will also document incidents and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of safety programs across the store
• Interact with employees regarding AP concerns
• Detain individuals as per local laws
• Report evidence and write detailed documentation
• Conduct surveillance and audits using security systems
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of retail loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
