Support operations as a Control Centre Supervisor at Allied Universal in Mississauga, ON. This role blends leadership with hands-on responsibilities in the Incident Reporting Centre.
As a full-time Supervisor, you'll lead a team of IRC Operators and ensure seamless service delivery. Your duties will range from creating schedules to operational monitoring, making this position critical for incident management within a prestigious financial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the IRC Operators for consistent service
• Develop schedules and cover for absences effectively
• Coach and mentor operators for performance enhancement
• Operate communication consoles for security incident handling
• Manage monitoring of alarms and security systems
Requirements:
• Relevant University or College Diploma
• At least two years' experience in Security or similar fields
• Experience with Dispatch or Emergency Response Centres
• Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems
• Strong decision-making and communication abilities
