Position: Mississauga Control Centre Supervisor Role
Take charge of incident management as a Control Centre Supervisor at Allied Universal in Mississauga, Ontario. This role combines leadership with hands-on operations to support a leading financial client's incident response needs.

In this full-time position, you’ll manage a team of IRC Operators, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining operational protocols. Your responsibilities include scheduling, training, and actively monitoring incoming incidents, making quick decisions that affect safety and security. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise IRC Operators for professionalism and performance.

• Create staffing schedules for effective workflow.

• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance operator skills.

• Manage incoming incident reports effectively.

• Utilize security systems to monitor and respond to incidents.

Requirements:

• University or College diploma is necessary.

• Minimum two years’ experience in security-related fields.

• Call centre or emergency response experience is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office and security technology.

• Strong listening and communication skills.
