Join our CPB Operations & Delivery team as an Bilingual French Operations Officer III. In this vital role within our Estates Processing unit, you will guide families through the end-to-end settlement process with both technical precision and genuine compassion. You’ll be the bridge between complex back‑office transactions and the empathetic support estate representatives need during sensitive times.
This is a 1-year contract with a strong potential for extension or permanent conversion, offering a clear path for professional development within a premier financial institution.
Work Location:
Hybrid (4 days per week onsite) at Mississauga.
Note:
Training is 100% onsite for the first 2–3 weeks.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, rotational shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Start Date:
April 28, 2026. Hourly Pay: 25.34/ hour.

Responsibilities
Estates Case Management:
Take ownership of the end-to-end estate lifecycle, ensuring all legal and financial documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Precision Execution:
Master specialized financial transactions to facilitate the seamless distribution of estate assets.
Dedicated Liaison:
Serve as a trusted advisor between the bank and estate representatives, providing transparent updates and proactive support.
Compassionate Advocacy:
Navigate sensitive conversations with empathy, providing family members with the professional care and dignity they deserve during difficult times.
Strategic Problem Solving:
Champion customer resolutions by navigating internal processes and collaborating with management to overcome complex hurdles.

Mandatory Requirements
Bilingual in English and French
Education:
Post‑secondary degree.
Phone Etiquette:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to show empathy and compassion while dealing with sensitive estate matters.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Basic Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Experience:
Previous experience working in a high‑volume environment governed by strict SLAs and deadlines.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a “change agent” mindset—adapting well to evolving policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in both English and French is a strong asset.
Industry
Experience:
Previous experience in Banking, Estates, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Collections.
Operational Background:
Prior experience as an Administrative or Operations Officer.
