Key Responsibilities:

• Develop diverse employer portfolio to meet client needs

• Advocate clients’ skills to potential employers

• Ensure an effective onboarding process for clients and employers

• Coordinate employer engagement events and job fairs

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and statuses

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in job development or employment counselling

• Strong understanding of labor market trends

• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines

• Proficient in documentation and data management
