In this position, you will be responsible for managing vehicle registrations, resolving inquiries, and supporting department goals. You will ensure accurate electronic title records are maintained and participate actively in achieving team objectives. Your expertise will play a key role in communicating effectively with motor vehicle departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate title transactions, including corrections and name changes
• Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution
• Assist colleagues in achieving department goals
• Maintain accurate electronic title records
• Communicate with motor vehicle departments and clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional office experience
• Strong understanding of licensing regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent decision-making abilities
