Youth Program Coordinator - Prevention Focus

Lead critical prevention initiatives as a Youth Program Coordinator with Free For All Community Services in the Peel Region. Work collaboratively to support youth affected by human trafficking.

This position is vital for delivering client-centered approaches that uplift marginalized communities. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will engage with multifaceted partners, providing timely support and advocating for survivors' rights. Your background in trauma-informed care will equip you to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program logistics and delivery

• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning

• Manage urgent cases involving exploitation

• Establish partnerships with law enforcement and schools

• Facilitate workshops on trafficking and safety

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work or a related field

• 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience

• Understanding of trafficking dynamics

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Recent Background/Vulnerable Sector Check
