Position: VPI Employer Liaison
Drive your career forward as a full-time Employer Liaison with VPI at the Skymark location in Mississauga, blending remote and on-site work. Connect job seekers with employers and advocate for their skills.

In this proactive role, you will support job seekers while building valuable employer relationships. Your focus on compliance will through site visits and events foster community connections. You’ll also facilitate job fairs designed to uplift marginalized clients and ensure their successful integration into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop employer relationships to secure job placements

• Conduct site visits for program compliance

• Advocate for diverse job seekers

• Facilitate employer engagement events and job fairs

• Maintain detailed case notes and employer profiles

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building

• Preferred job development experience

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to advocate for marginalized job seekers

• Proficient in documentation and data management
