Youth Outreach Coordinator at White Buffalo

This role involves coordinating outreach activities, managing youth referrals, and delivering engaging presentations about services offered. The successful candidate will be focused on building connections, conducting assessments, and assisting in aftercare planning. Extensive travel is expected, including visits to remote communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver presentations and workshops on substance-use issues

• Manage relationships with referral agencies and communities

• Coordinate intake, interviews, and admission details

• Conduct preliminary assessments for client needs

• Support referrals to appropriate services and programs

Requirements:

• Diploma in social work or related field with three years of experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with at-risk youth

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• First Aid/CPR certification required
