Position: Registered Social Worker at Indwell

As a full-time Registered Social Worker at Indwell, you will engage with clients facing housing instability and health challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and recovery will be crucial in creating personalized support plans. This role requires resilience and teamwork, ensuring individuals receive the necessary aid during critical transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build therapeutic relationships with tenants

• Conduct assessments and manage intake processes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management

• Facilitate group programming tailored to community needs

• Utilize crisis management skills in challenging situations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or equivalent

• Registered or eligible for registration with a regulated college

• Experience with mental illness and addiction support

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to undergo Police Vulnerable Sector Check
