The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line guest relations and service sales representative. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while identifying service and maintenance needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service visit from start to finish.

As a Lexus Service Advisor you are responsible for:

Promptly welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Listen to guest concerns and accurately document service requirements.

Provide clear and accurate estimates for recommended maintenance and repair work.

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document vehicle condition and identify items that may require attention.

Present maintenance recommendations based on the manufacturer's schedule.

Keep guests informed throughout the service process and ensure all questions are answered.

Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years experience delivering a highly guest-focused service experience within a luxury automotive dealership environment.

Experience working with Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs and customer satisfaction metrics.

Valid G drivers license.
