Position: Client Success Coach Windmill Microlending
Empower immigrants' careers as a Bilingual Client Success Coach at Windmill Microlending. Provide guidance through loan applications and deliver impactful coaching sessions for client success.

As a vital team member, you'll help skilled newcomers navigate their journey in Canada while enhancing their financial literacy and employability. You'll support them through loan applications, coaching, and resources for continued growth. With a hybrid work model, this role offers a great work-life balance in Montreal, Calgary, or Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through loan application processes

• Deliver coaching sessions focused on employability and financial readiness

• Ensure accurate data entry across systems

• Provide exceptional client-centered experiences

• Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage long-term success

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
