Visavie, a company of Spectrum Health Care, is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to serve the Mississauga region.

We are looking for an advisor recognized for strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and maintaining a solid network within the community.

Job Description   Support seniors and their families in exploring private senior residences and home care options.
Provide personalized support based on attentive listening, understanding of needs, and trust.
Facilitate transitions to a new living environment with professionalism and empathy.
Develop lasting relationships with partners (healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local stakeholders).
Ensure diligent follow-up and maintain organized case and file management.
Qualifications   Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or business development
Self-reliance, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset

Attractive earning potential – Commission-only compensation with average earnings between $60,000 and $80,000, and potential to exceed $100,000.
