WCG Employment Consultant Position

You will work closely with clients to navigate their journey toward sustainable employment, developing individualized plans and maintaining regular contact. Your collaborative approach will involve connecting clients with employers and community resources, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment that respects client privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workloads while contributing to team KPIs

• Establish relationships with community stakeholders for referrals

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs

• Create and implement Employment Action Plans

• Assist clients with job readiness and training support

Requirements:

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and client assessments

• Knowledge of labor market and employment support resources

• Strong writing and documentation capabilities

• Understanding of professional conduct standards

• Willingness to work evenings and shifts when needed
