Position: Mississauga Employment Support Specialist Role
Help individuals achieve their employment dreams as an Employment Support Specialist with Achev in Mississauga, Ontario. Focus on job readiness, career planning, and sustained employment success.

This position delivers personalized support within the Integrated Employment Services program, offering coaching and resources tailored to each client's unique needs. You will facilitate job searches and mentorship, enabling clients to thrive in the Canadian workforce and overcome barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate job search assistance in one-on-one and group formats

• Guide clients through career exploration and skill assessments

• Provide coaching on resumes, interview techniques, and job applications

• Document client engagements and follow-up on progress

• Develop Itinerant Employment Services in collaboration with local organizations

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

• 1-2 years of Employment Services experience

• Knowledge of the EOIS system and job market trends

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

• Ability to deliver services in both English and French beneficial
