You will also focus on crisis management through harm reduction methods, documenting progress, and adhering to care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized support to clients in home and community settings

• Assist with essential daily living tasks and personal care

• Promote community interactions and recreational activities

• Use effective conflict resolution to aid clients in distress

• Complete necessary administrative tasks within deadlines

Requirements:

• Human Services Diploma in relevant specialties

• At least two years of experience with individuals with special needs

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and behavioral management

• Criminal and child welfare checks required

• Valid G License is an asset
