This role is crucial in delivering MNO's programs aimed at nurturing Indigenous children and youth. You will engage directly in client service activities, conduct needs assessments, and facilitate wellness plans. Your administrative responsibilities will ensure that essential cultural and programmatic goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client services tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate home visits and wellness plan development
• Record services in the Online Health and Access Tracking System
• Organize and coordinate educational activities
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social services
• 1+ years in client services or non-profit sector
• Experience working with children aged 0-18
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to lift 11.5kg when necessary
