The Navigator role is tailored for those with social service expertise who can respond effectively to client needs. You will handle a variety of inquiries ensuring that barriers to services are minimized while supporting clients empathetically.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in relevant social service roles

• Demonstrated commitment to anti-oppressive practices

• Strong collaborative teamwork experience

• Up-to-date knowledge in trauma-informed care

• Fluent in both French and English, written and oral
