Position: Hybrid Diversion Coordinator Role

AYSP is looking for a passionate individual to fill a permanent, full-time Diversion Coordinator position. Located in Mississauga, ON, you will implement community-based solutions consistent with the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Your skills will contribute to the development of new program sanctions, working collaboratively with youth and families to foster positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver services mandated by youth justice legislation

• Respond to additional referrals from legal entities

• Facilitate individual and group programming effectively

• Collaborate with collateral agencies for comprehensive support

• Maintain essential documentation of cases and interactions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in social sciences

• Comprehensive understanding of youth justice frameworks

• Minimum 1-2 years in youth-related roles
