This role demands individuals who are passionate and committed to creating safe environments for clients, while focusing on skill enhancement and sustainable employment strategies. You’ll work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop actionable plans, and connect them with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client skills and barriers

• Create personalized Employment Action Plans with clients

• Provide pre-employment support including coaching and referrals

• Facilitate mock interviews tailored to client needs

• Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client-focused counseling

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of local labor markets

• Organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
