As a Youth Support Supervisor, you will oversee the shelter's daily operations and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional youth services.
Your role includes staff supervision, crisis management, and maintaining a safe environment for program delivery, ensuring alignment with community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support staff in front-line operations
• Organize staff training and onboarding processes
• Fortify a safe and supportive shelter atmosphere
• Manage scheduling and employee performance reviews
• Monitor and report statistical program outcomes
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Social Services
• Minimum 3-4 years experience with supervisory role
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
• Flexible to support emergency on-call situations
• Mandatory valid Driver’s License and insurance
