Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Ability to define, architect and deliver business solutions to service contact center business cases.
• Team player working with dev, business, release management and operations team to develop and implement Salesforce platform‑based solutions.
• Help to finalize functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Manage integration of Salesforce with Mule Soft, Docu Sign, content management and other applications.
• Define and track SLA/project’s progress, lead the technical team and provide technical help.
• Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end‑to‑end testing.

• Experience delivering and delivering custom  enterprise applications.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales and Services clouds, and Experience/Communities as primary.
• Hands‑on experience with APEX, Visualforce, Aura Lightning flow components, LWS, Salesforce backend coding, Omni‑channel.
• UI / page integration and development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Demonstrates big‑picture thinking, suggesting alternative approaches and improvements.
• Strong problem‑solving.
• Proactive in knowledge sharing and supporting others.
• Effective in independent work and team leadership roles.
• Defining, creating and managing custom objects, creating page layouts, page validations, formulas and workflow rules using
• Working experience in Scrum team.

• Experience in Financial & Marketing cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce
  
  DX and experience in a multi‑team Agile development setting.
• Experience in integration with Mule Soft, Docu Sign and third‑party systems using APIs.
• Knowledge of sub versioning tools (SVN, Git), JIRA, Confluence, etc.

CA $ 100,000 – CA $ 120,000 Per Year
