• Java 8 and above
• Developer should have 5 years of working experience in developing applications using Java Technologies years of experience in developing Microservices with Spring Boot and setting up CICD pipeline
• React JS
• Experience:
  
  Total 5 years of IT experience with 4 years of hands on experience in full stack development with significant expertise in React
  
  JS and Java

• Design and Development Solid experience in Analysis Design Development Testing and Implementation all phases of software development life cycle SDLC
• Strong knowledge of Java Collection framework and Multi Threading
• Hands-on experience with RESTful service implementations
• Experience and familiarity building modern Spring applications with Spring Boot
• Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications leveraging React for frontend interfaces, Nodejs for backend services and APIs and Redis for caching session management or Real-time data handling

Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring application scalability, performance and security

Optimize application performance across the stack including database queries, API responses and frontend rendering

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver seamless user experiences

Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, implement and enforce coding standards, participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner

• React:
  Deep understanding of React
  
  JS including hooks, context API, state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and performance optimization techniques
• Nodejs:
  Strong proficiency in Nodejs including building RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming and working with various Nodejs frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS)
• Redis:
  Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, pub/sub or data persistence
• Databases:
  
  Experience with relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and/or No
  
  SQL databases (Mongo
  
  DB)
• Version Control:
  Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Problem Solving:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack
• Communication:
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment

• Industry Java 8 certification (OCP1ZO809 and OCA1ZO808) is mandatory, OR Java 11 OCP certification, OR Spring Certified Professional JD
• Mandatory Unix Shell scripting certification or Linux Certification
